LifeCircles Participants dancing at the Sunshine Day Center

LifeCircles PACE offers therapeutic activity customized to each individual PACE participant. Our Physical, Occupational and Recreational Therapists work with our participants to help them stay physically active in fun ways. Our therapy gyms and day centers encourage participants to move, dance, and enjoy life. Our therapists are able to work with someone long term because we have a different type of funding model than most home health agencies. Encouraging movement, even in little ways helps our participants build, and maintain their levels of independence. LifeCircles offers an all inclusive program that includes wellness, therapies, health care, social support and more all so older adults with complex health or memory issues may live at home for as long as possible. If you would like to find out more about the customized approach of LifeCircles to help seniors live in their own homes and communities please call us at 1-888-204-8626.

If you or your loved one are not yet medically eligible for the LifeCircles program, you may wish to check out these other West Michigan organizations, programs and senior centers for ways to stay mentally and physically active.
