What is PACE®?

About Life Circles Video

The PACE® (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a nationwide program with sites in many states. Each PACE location has its own name; the PACE sites serving all of Muskegon and portions of Ottawa and Allegan Counties is called LifeCircles. We have two locations, one in Muskegon and the other in Holland.

LifeCircles PACE is unique in its simplicity and common sense approach. LifeCircles PACE provides an alternative to traditional senior care services which assists an individual in need of skilled nursing care to continue living in his/her home or community setting. We provide services at our Day Center and in the home.

The cost for the program is funded by Medicare, Medicaid and/or private funds. For those who qualify for Medicaid, LifeCircles PACE costs nothing.  PACE participants may be fully liable for the costs of medical services from out-of-network providers without prior authorization (with the exception of emergency services).

The National PACE® Association is the owner of the mark PACE® and the corresponding U.S. Registration No. 1,696,685.
The PACE® mark is used herein through a license agreement with the National PACE® Association.
